There is no way anyone who sells you a defective cartridge can make up for that lost customer!

    We can ship you cartridges without receiving an empty cartridge in exchange. You pay a slightly higher price but when you return the empty the difference will be credited back to you. You can also send your empties to us before you wish to have them processed and we will store them for you. That way, when you do need them we can ship them to you right away at the lower exchange price.

    Cartridges can be packaged in generic brown boxes with no names on them. We can also custom label and package cartridges to your specifications.

    To qualify for this program you must be engaged in the business of recharging cartridges.
